Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of krassinelectric.online and services provided by Krassin Electrical Co LLC, headquartered at 2809 Cedar St, Everett, WA 98206, phone (360) 865-4464, operating nationwide across all 50 states via our licensed partner network. By requesting a quote, scheduling work, or using our site, you agree to these terms.
1. Services & Nationwide Operations
We provide residential and commercial electrical services: panel upgrades, EV charger installation, rewiring & new circuits, lighting & fixtures, troubleshooting & emergency repairs, and commercial electrical including tenant improvements and multi-site maintenance. Work is coordinated from our Everett, WA HQ and performed locally by vetted, licensed, insured electricians in your state. All work is performed to NEC and applicable local codes.
2. Estimates & Pricing
- All estimates are written and provided after site assessment (on-site or video). Estimates are valid for 14 days unless noted.
- Pricing is flat-rate per scope unless explicitly stated as time & material for troubleshooting. Change orders due to hidden conditions (e.g., inaccessible wiring, asbestos, code upgrades required by AHJ) will be documented and require approval before proceeding.
- Diagnostic fee for troubleshooting is $149-$249 depending on market, credited toward approved repair.
- We include permit, inspection, and utility coordination where required, unless noted as owner-provided.
3. Scheduling & Access
- Customer shall provide safe access to work area, panel, attic, crawl, and ensure pets/children are clear.
- Customer is responsible for moving furniture/obstructions unless we agree otherwise.
- Arrival windows are 2 hours. We call ahead 30 minutes. Delays due to weather, utility, inspection, or emergency calls will be communicated promptly.
4. Permits & Inspections
We pull required electrical permits under our licensed network and schedule inspections. Customer agrees not to cover work before inspection. If AHJ requires additional work to bring existing non-compliant conditions to code, that will be quoted as change order.
5. Payment Terms
- Residential: 50% deposit for jobs over $2,500 to secure material, balance due upon substantial completion. Small repairs due upon completion.
- Commercial / Multi-site: Per proposal — typically Net 15, or per portfolio agreement.
- Payment methods: Check, ACH, credit card (3.5% processing fee for credit). Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly service charge.
- Customer is responsible for collection costs including reasonable attorney fees if payment is not made per terms.
6. Warranty
- Workmanship warranty: 2 years from substantial completion for residential, 1 year for commercial, covering defects in our installation. Does not cover owner abuse, modifications by others, acts of God, power surges (unless we installed surge protection), or normal lamp/battery wear.
- Material warranty: Per manufacturer (panels, breakers, chargers, fixtures). We will facilitate manufacturer warranty claims during workmanship warranty period.
- Emergency / troubleshooting repairs: 90-day warranty on repair performed, not on unrelated existing conditions.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Disclose known hazards: aluminum wiring, knob-and-tube, mold, asbestos, prior unpermitted work.
- Maintain working smoke/CO detectors; we will test but not responsible for existing detector failures unless part of scope.
- For EV chargers, ensure WiFi for commissioning if smart charger, and provide vehicle for test if requested.
8. Limitations & Disclaimers
- We are not responsible for existing code violations outside scope, concealed conditions, or utility-side issues (drop, transformer).
- We are not liable for data loss, or for damage to electronics due to pre-existing surge/grounding issues unless we were contracted to correct them and failed to do so to code.
- Our liability is limited to amount paid for the specific job giving rise to claim.
9. Cancellations
Customer may cancel before material is ordered with no fee. After material ordered, customer is responsible for restocking fees (typically 25-50%) plus work performed. Custom-ordered material (e.g., specific panel, specialty fixtures) is non-refundable.
10. Communications & Marketing
By providing phone/email, you consent to be contacted about your project via call, text, email, including automated messages. You may opt-out of marketing texts/emails at any time (reply STOP). Transactional messages about scheduled work cannot be opted out while job is active.
